6:30–7:45 PM | Plated Dinner
Salad Course: House Garden Salad with balsamic vinaigrette, warm artisan rolls with whipped European sea salt butter
Pasta Course: Penne alla Vodka
Entrée Choice (selected during registration)
- Prime Rib – slow roasted, hand-sliced club cut (GF)
- Autumn Chicken – lightly breaded chicken breast topped with roasted butternut squash and dried cranberries, finished with a cranberry molasses demi-glace
- Pan Seared Salmon – whole grain mustard and honey-ginger glaze (GF)
- Chickpea Coconut Curry served over basmati rice (GF, Vegan)

When are the awards announced?
The live awards presentation begins promptly at 6:30 PM immediately following the cocktail reception (with a break for dinner). While this year’s winning projects are available to view online, the specific award category for each winning project will be revealed live from the stage during the event, creating an exciting and suspenseful celebration for all finalists.
